Refunds for Serialized Products

Prior to the fulfillment of the order, the customer may request a refund by contacting Harrison Gunworks LLC via phone or email. Prior to fulfillment, a 70% refund may be issued.

If the customer has requested any additional parts be added to or changed on the firearm, and the order for those parts has already been placed, then the above refund will be issued minus the cost of the additional parts. The additional parts will be shipped to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If the firearm is considered a “build” or a “custom job”, no refund will be issued due to the nature of the product. A “build” is defined as a firearm that must be constructed or assembled from parts and would not otherwise be available to purchase as a “Factory Built” firearm.

A “custom job” is defined as a firearm that has already been constructed, but is being modified to include non-factory components.

Once an order is fulfilled, the order falls under the purview of the “Return Policy”.
