Description

The Lima Six is a game-changing upper receiver that installs on any mil-spec AR15 or M16 lower receiver and provides belt fed capability. While a few parts must be swapped on the lower receiver, no permanent modifications or gunsmithing is required. The Lima Six features a patent-pending stretched upper receiver, which provides an additional ~3/4″ of bolt carrier group travel compared to a standard AR15. This is a critical improvement for a belt fed firearm, as this additional travel assists in delinking rounds from the links. It also results in lower perceived recoil, and a more controllable rate of fire. No other belt fed AR15 on the market has this upgrade!

Additionally, the Lima Six features a top cover unlike any other belt fed top cover available, with a tensionable front pivot, two-point latch engagement, and an adjustable set-screw to take up any slack that may be present. These features result in an extremely reliable ability to hold zero even after repeated opening and closing. Initial testing shows that sub 2-MOA accuracy is achievable, which is unheard of for a belt fed firearm.

The Lima Six also includes a RifleSpeed adjustable gas block, which allows for quick and easy tuning of the gas system for maximum reliability for shooting all types of ammo and suppressors.

All Lima Six uppers will come with the buffer reliability upgrade kit, if you order a complete firearm, it will be preinstalled on the lower.

If you order a complete firearm, all Lima Six firearms are guaranteed to function. Each firearm is assembled, tuned, and tested by Harrison Gunworks staff with a minimum of 100 rounds of 5.56×45. All complete firearms will come with 100 M27 links.

Hydra Lowers

The Hydra 6 Magazine Well is specially designed to hold your m249 ammo pouch close to the upper receiver, ensure proper feeding of linked ammunition and proper link placement. Machined out of high grade aluminum, perfect your Lima 6 set up with the Hydra Weaponry stripped lower.

Their custom bolt catch is specifically designed to work with the Lima 6 Upper and hold your bolt to the rear.

LEAD TIME: LEAD TIMES ARE DETERMINED MOSTLY BY LIMA SIX AND NOT HARRISON GUNWORKS. CURRENTLY THE LEAD TIME FOR NEW LIMA SIX ORDERS IS APPROXIMATELY 12 WEEKS. ONCE THE UPPER ARRIVES AT HGW, WE HAVE AN APPROXIMATE LEAD TIME OF 2-3 WEEKS FOR COMPLETE BUILDS (BARRING HOLIDAYS AND EMERGENCIES).
