Delivery/Shipping Policy

For Firearm Shipping, that is, the shipping of all items that are required by law to be sent to, and transferred through an FFL, will be sent via FedEx Ground or 2 Day Express depending on the circumstances. Harrison Gunworks LLC will process your order within five (5) business days, not counting weekends or holidays. The actual shipping time is not guaranteed as it is handled by a third-party (USPS)

All incoming firearms, being firearms that are shipped to Harrison Gunworks LLC, MUST be sent from an FFL. Prior to shipping a firearm to Harrison Gunworks LLC, the shipper must directly contact an employee of Harrison Gunworks LLC and be directed to ship it to the Harrison Gunworks LLC facility. Any firearm that is shipped in violation of these terms and conditions will be promptly returned to the customer's FFL of choice at the customer's expense.

All outgoing firearms, being firearms that are shipped from Harrison Gunworks LLC, will be sent to an FFL of the customer's choosing. No exceptions. 

 

Some items may have shipping restriction (i.e. 30 round magazines cannot be shipped to CA). These restrictions are listed in the product description only as a convenience to the Purchaser and are in no way legally binding, nor are they to be considered complete or accurate. The Purchaser is responsible for knowing and understanding applicable local, county, state, and federal laws. These restrictions also apply to incoming and outgoing firearms. Harrison Gunworks LLC will NOT accept any firearm that would be considered restricted in the sender's state (i.e. a non-California compliant AR-15 will not be accepted from California, nor will it be shipped to California).
